This comprehensive programme combines essential theory with a unique video-based practical assessment to ensure learners gain both the knowledge and the hands-on competence needed to handle loads safely in the workplace.The course teaches safe lifting techniques, correct posture, risk assessment methods, and how to identify hazardous manual handling tasks. Learners will understand how to prevent musculoskeletal injuries and contribute to a safer working environment. After completing the online theory modules, participants record a short video demonstrating correct manual handling practices. These videos are then reviewed by our qualified Manual Handling Instructors and Health &amp; Safety Assessors, who provide professional feedback and certify practical competence.This course applies the same structured approach to safety found in HACCP principles, encouraging proactive hazard identification, risk control, and continual improvement.
